By subscribing to The Soulbrand™ System, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Structure

This is a quarterly subscription, which includes access to proprietary software tools, educational content, private community features, and coaching experiences.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• Re-entry is restricted for 6 months from the date of cancellation. This ensures the integrity and intimacy of the space.

• Rejoining is subject to current pricing. You are not guaranteed access at your original rate.

2. Payment Terms

Your subscription renews automatically each quarter at the listed price until cancelled. Payments are processed via your selected method at checkout.

• Late or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access.

• By subscribing, you authorize Soulbrand Media Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time. If you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

All content inside The Soulbrand™ System — including software, videos, written materials, templates, and community discussions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Soulbrand Media Inc.

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, distribute, or repurpose any content outside of the membership

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or replicate the software or tools for external use

• Use Soulbrand™ content in your own programs, products, or teachings

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Community Standards

This is a sacred, high-integrity space. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior in the community will result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Soulbrand Media Inc. is not liable for any decisions, results, or outcomes arising from your use of the membership content or software tools. No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial, or personal results.

7. Updates and Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued access to the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
